The onboarding training for new employees in 2025 has been successfully completed

    At the beginning of the training, General Manager Zhang Dong personally presided over the opening ceremony and brought the first lesson to the new employees. The training covers various aspects such as corporate culture, rules and regulations, human resources, safety production, technical quality, and material supply, aiming to provide new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company and lay a solid foundation for their future work.
    After the training, the company held a welcome party for new employees. Company leaders, department and branch heads, and new employees gathered together to celebrate this important moment. The new employees also introduced themselves one by one, sharing their professional background, interests and hobbies, as well as their expectations for future work. The heads of each department and branch introduced their respective business sectors, giving new employees a clearer understanding of the company's business layout. The attending company leaders sent messages and expectations to the new employees one by one. We hope that everyone can deeply understand the connotation of the" craftsman spirit "and strive for excellence in every process and every detail. We must always keep "safety first" in mind, strictly abide by various safety regulations and rules, make safety an instinct integrated into our blood, jointly safeguard the red line of life, and create safe and high-quality projects. The third is to 'integrate into the team and work together'. The company is a collective that values collaboration and is full of warmth.     Finally, the new employees performed various forms of artistic programs such as singing, dancing, and three sentences and a half, fully showcasing their talents and vitality.
