On the afternoon of March 30th, the fourth session of the sixth employee (member) representative conference of the company was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor. More than 40 company leaders, including Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Zhang Dong, Jin Wenlin, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, and employee representatives attended.
The conference was presided over by Huang Yazhou, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company. At the meeting, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing presented a report on the business management situation for the year 2024; Changsha Liangzhu, the Minister of Human Resources, presented a report on the payment of social insurance for employees in 2024 and read out the draft of the Collective Agreement; Wang Zhongliang, Deputy Director of Safety and Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection, announced the 2025 Labor Safety Measures Plan; Huang Yazhou, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presented the 2024 Trade Union Work Report. Subsequently, the attending representatives voted on the relevant report and it was unanimously approved. Zhang Dong, the general manager, read out the commendation decisions of 2024, and commended the advanced collectives and exemplary individual in 2024. The leaders present at the meeting issued honorary certificates to the representatives of the exemplary organization and exemplary individual who won the commendation. Chairman Xu Ming delivered a concluding speech, expressing warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference on behalf of the company's board of directors and management team. He also congratulated the advanced collectives and individuals who have won various honorary titles, and put forward specific requirements for future work: firstly, to correctly view difficulties and firmly maintain confidence in a better future. We should look down upon difficulties strategically, always maintain confidence in victory, attach importance to difficulties tactically, overcome complacency, actively take response measures, and strive to complete various tasks by 2025. Secondly, we must firmly establish the concept of "no small matter what employees do", actively go deep into the grassroots and the masses, actively understand the hot issues that employees are concerned about, always think from the perspective of employees, and do our best to help employees solve problems. Make good things happen, do practical things well, and effectively eliminate the worries of employees. Thirdly, party members and cadres should focus on achieving annual goals, take the lead, set an example, and rush ahead in urgent situations.
