On March 29th to 30th, the third shareholders' meeting and 2025 work meeting of the seventh session of the company were successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor. Nearly 50 company leaders including Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Zhang Dong, Jin Wenlin, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, registered shareholders or their proxies, and some middle-level cadres attended the meeting.
On the morning of the 29th, Chairman Xu Ming delivered a report to the board of directors, summarizing the work for 2024, analyzing the existing problems and the situation faced, and arranging the work for 2025. Xu Daxiang, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, delivered a report on the work of the Supervisory Board; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing presents the 2024 financial final accounts and 2025 financial budget report; Director and Deputy General Manager Jin Wenlin announced the profit distribution plan; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Yu Xiangquan announced the implementation status of the 2024 infrastructure project plan and the 2025 plan; Director and General Manager Zhang Dong announced the implementation of the 2024 equipment procurement plan and the 2025 plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Nan announced the implementation status of the 2024 safety technology measures cost plan and the 2025 plan. Subsequently, the attendees discussed the various reports and plans of the meeting in groups and put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions. On the morning of the 30th, the registered shareholders and their proxies voted on various reports and plans, and all were successfully passed. Chairman Xu Mingxuan read the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, and the registered shareholders or their authorized representatives signed the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. Huang Yazhou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company, and Yu Xiangquan, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager, provided detailed explanations on the issues that everyone was concerned about during the group discussion. After the meeting, solutions to the problems will be discussed. At 11:00 am on the 30th, the conference successfully concluded with the solemn sound of the national anthem.
