The onboarding training for new employees in 2024 has been successfully completed

    In July, the flames flow and dreams set sail. On July 13th, 43 college graduates from different professional fields across the country successfully arrived at the company. With their dreams and passion, they embarked on a new chapter of their careers with the promise of youth.
    To assist new employees in completing their role transition from campus to the workplace as soon as possible, adapting to work and integrating into the environment more quickly, and taking the first step in their career, the new employee onboarding training course was successfully launched on the afternoon of July 15th. General Manager Zhang Dong delivered a welcome speech and taught the first lesson of the class. General Manager Zhang Dong provided new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company's history, main business, core advantages, and development opportunities, and expressed four hopes: firstly, to quickly transition roles, integrate into the team, and integrate into the corporate culture; Secondly, we must persist in diligent learning and good thinking, diligently practice our internal skills, and enhance our comprehensive abilities; Thirdly, we must ignite the passion of youth, be down-to-earth and dedicated, and bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility of enterprise development; Be loyal to the enterprise, abide by rules and regulations, and strictly observe work discipline.
    From July 16th to 23rd, a 6-day onboarding training was conducted for new employees. The relevant department heads and business organizers of the company have conducted training on HSE management, domestic and international project management, technical quality management, material supply management, network security and information construction, professional basic literacy and professional ability building, etc., providing valuable learning and exchange opportunities for new employees.
    On the morning of July 24th, a new employee symposium was held, where company leaders Bai Hongbing, Zhang Dong, and Shi Daliang, as well as relevant unit and department heads, had in-depth exchanges with everyone. They provided on-site answers and clarifications to the questions raised by new employees, and expressed their hopes to them: firstly, all units should provide good internship resources for new employees, and each master should set an example and model for students by combining words and deeds, and impart their skills to students without reservation; Secondly, new employees should have a positive attitude, strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, humbly seek advice from their mentors, solidly practice their basic skills, and become the backbone of the company's development as soon as possible; The third is to emphasize that physical and mental health is the cornerstone of work and life. It is necessary to balance the relationship between work and life, develop good habits of regular sleep, and invest good physical fitness and abundant energy into work.
    The training has come to a successful end, and the dream has officially set sail. New employees have successfully joined and are rushing to their respective job positions, embarking on a journey to realize their own value. In the future work, new employees will face many challenges, but they will definitely shine in their respective positions with firm beliefs and unremitting efforts, and contribute their own strength to the development and growth of the company.
