On March 29th to 30th, the second shareholders' meeting and 2024 work meeting of the seventh session of the company were successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor. Nearly 50 company leaders including Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Zhang Dong, Jin Wenlin, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, registered shareholders or their proxies, and some middle-level cadres attended the meeting.
On the morning of the 29th, Chairman Xu Ming delivered a board report titled "Seize the opportunity to open up a new chapter, forge ahead, and strive to create a new situation of high-quality development for the company". The report summarizes the main work for 2023, analyzes the existing problems and the current situation, and arranges the work for 2024. Xu Daxiang, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, delivered a report on the work of the Supervisory Board; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing presents the 2023 financial final accounts and 2024 financial budget report; Director, Party Secretary, and Deputy General Manager Huang Yazhou announced the 2023 profit distribution plan; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Yu Xiangquan announced the implementation status of the 2023 infrastructure project plan and the 2024 plan; Director and General Manager Zhang Dong announced the implementation of the 2023 equipment procurement plan and the 2024 plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Nan announced the implementation status of the 2023 safety technology measure fee plan and the 2024 plan. Subsequently, the attendees grouped around the various reports and plans of this meeting for discussion, and put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions. On the morning of the 30th, 23 registered shareholders and their proxies voted on various reports and plans, all of which were successfully passed. Chairman Xu Mingxuan read the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, and the registered shareholders or their authorized representatives signed the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. Subsequently, Huang Yazhou, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company, explained the hot issues during the group discussion process. After the meeting, the management team will discuss ways to solve the problems and put forward specific requirements on how to implement the spirit of this meeting and do a good job in 2024. At 11:00 am on the 30th, the conference successfully concluded with the solemn sound of the national anthem.
