On the afternoon of March 30th, the third session of the sixth session of the company's employee (member) representative conference was grandly held in the conference room on the fourth floor. More than 40 company leaders, including Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Zhang Dong, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, and employee representatives attended the conference. Wang Yi, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Construction Union, and Jing Zhentao, Third level Director and Clerk, specially came to attend the conference.
The conference was presided over by Huang Yazhou, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company. At the meeting, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing presented a report on the business management situation for the year 2023; Report on the Payment of Employee Social Insurance in 2023 by Changsha Liangzhu, the Department of Human Resources; The 2024 Labor Safety Measures Plan announced by the Deputy Director of Safety and the Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection; Huang Yazhou, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presented a report on the performance of collective contracts in 2023 and the work report of the trade union for the year 2023. Subsequently, the attending representatives voted on the relevant report and it was unanimously approved. Zhang Dong, the general manager, read out the commendation decisions for 2023, commended model worker, advanced collectives and exemplary individual, and the leaders present at the meeting awarded them honorary certificates. Wang Yi, Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial Construction Trade Union, delivered a speech expressing warm congratulations on the convening of this conference, fully affirming the achievements of the company's trade union work, and putting forward specific requirements for future trade union work. Chairman Xu Ming delivered a concluding speech, expressing warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference on behalf of the company's board of directors and management team, and congratulating the advanced collectives and individuals who have won various honorary titles. He also put forward several requirements for future work: firstly, to highlight the role of the trade union, increase positive publicity efforts, promote the culture of Shengyue, tell good stories of Shengyue, and contribute to the development and growth of the company. The second is to carry out targeted work, identify the "entry point" for key projects, focus on the "foothold", vigorously carry out various forms of labor competitions, job training, technical competitions, safety education and other activities, and make achievements in striving for excellence activities, promoting the smooth progress of construction production. Thirdly, we will solidly carry out the dual competition activities and continue to do a good job in delivering coolness in summer, warmth in winter, and providing assistance and relief. Targeted small-scale and diverse cultural and sports activities should be carried out according to the specific situation of project construction to enrich the leisure cultural life of employees. After the meeting, Vice Chairman Wang Yi gave a keynote speech on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on the work of the working class and trade unions. The attendees listened carefully to the speeches. The two leaders of the Provincial Construction Union had face-to-face interactions and exchanges with the attendees, which allowed everyone to have a deeper understanding of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the core content and essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's relevant statements, and benefited greatly.
