July is as passionate as fire, with the wind carrying the heat waves rolling in. It's another season for starting a new year. On July 17th, students from all over the world carried their dreams and pursued them. From students to professionals, from theorists to practitioners, they are standing at a new starting point, facing new challenges, and also have new hopes for the future, looking forward to new heights.
This year, the company has recruited a total of 54 college graduates, including 1 graduate student, 43 undergraduate students, and 10 associate degree students. In order to help new employees better integrate into the new team, adapt to the new life, understand the corporate culture, and enhance their sense of belonging, the company has carefully prepared pre employment training for new employees. A grand opening ceremony was held on July 17th, attended by the company's general manager Zhang Dong and relevant unit and department heads. General Manager Zhang Dong delivered a welcome speech, welcoming and congratulating the new employees on joining, and introducing them to the company's development history, honors and achievements, as well as the company's strategic planning and cultural construction. From having a pattern and ideals; Good at learning and practicing skills; New employees are encouraged to adjust their mindset, integrate into the company, adapt to their new positions, and make good career plans in terms of boosting confidence and determination. In the new starting point and new journey, ignite dreams with hope, stay grounded, and explore the future with action. In future work, through unremitting struggle and effort, I will become the backbone of the company as soon as possible, realize my life value, and add luster to the high-quality development of the company. Subsequently, the heads of relevant departments and business supervisors of the company conducted centralized training for new employees, covering various aspects such as corporate culture, management systems, safety production, material supply, and technical quality management. This has laid the foundation for new employees to smoothly join and quickly adapt to their new positions. On the afternoon of July 21st, a new employee symposium was held, where new employees introduced themselves based on their own situation and career development plans, demonstrating a positive and upward attitude. The company leaders Huang Yazhou, Zhang Dong, and Shi Daliang had in-depth exchanges with everyone and expressed their hope to the new employees: to have lofty aspirations, be dream chasers with firm beliefs, consciously integrate personal life goals with the company's development goals, realize their own value in the company's development, and achieve their dreams through hard work and continuous struggle. We should study diligently, be practitioners who apply what we have learned, cherish our youth, live up to our youth, establish ourselves in our positions, work hard to learn, develop strong skills, and become useful talents for the company and society.
