On May 22-23, a team of two from Beijing Zhong'an Quality and Environmental Certification Center Co., Ltd. conducted a supervision and audit of the operation of our company's ISO9001 quality system. The chairman of the company, Xu Ming, the party secretary, Huang Yazhou, the general manager, Zhang Dong, and the heads of the audited units and departments attended the first and last meetings.
The audit team, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T19001-2016 and GB/T50430-2017 standards, carefully listened to the report on the operation of the company's quality system in 2022, inspected the company's quality records in enterprise management, production management, technical quality management, material supply management, business management, human resources management, and conducted on-site inspections of the equipment manufacturing plant and the construction site of the Tengzhou project department. The audit team highly praised the operation of the company's quality management system, evaluated the compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the system documents, and concluded that they meet the certification standards and their own operational requirements. The company's management and department leaders attach great importance to the quality management system and continuously improve it, effectively fulfilling their management commitments. The understanding and implementation level of the quality system by various units and departments continue to improve, with clear responsibilities and implementation. The product implementation process has been identified and is basically in a controlled state. The physical quality of the product is stable, meets the specifications and contract requirements, and the service work satisfies customers. We have conducted internal quality management system audits and management reviews, and have the ability to self improve and perfect. At the same time, the audit team also provided valuable suggestions on the company's system documents, processes, key activities, and continuous improvement. This audit is not only an annual review and inspection process, but also a meaningful training process with strong targeting. The suggestions put forward by the audit team have greatly benefited all personnel. At the same time, the company still needs to make great efforts in the execution of systems and processes in the future, continuously improve the technical level and quality control ability of products, and strive to achieve higher work performance and efficiency.     |
