From March 31st to April 1st, the first shareholders' meeting and 2023 work meeting of the seventh session of the company were held grandly in the conference room on the fourth floor. Nearly 50 company leaders, including Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Jin Wenlin, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, Zhang Dong, as well as registered shareholders or their proxies and middle-level cadres, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming. Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. has specially sent a congratulatory letter, expressing warm congratulations on the convening of the conference.
On the morning of the 31st, Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming delivered the work report of the 2022 Board of Directors titled "Adhering to Integrity, Innovating for Development, Forge Ahead, and Strive to Create a New Situation for Harmonious and Stable Development of the Enterprise". The report provides a detailed review and summary of various work in the past three years, and points out the problems and shortcomings in the work. Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Xu Daxiang, presents the work report of the Supervisory Board for the year 2022; Director and Deputy General Manager Bai Hongbing presents the 2022 financial settlement report; Director, Party Secretary, and Deputy General Manager Huang Yazhou announced the 2022 profit distribution plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Jin Wenlin announced the implementation status of the 2022 infrastructure project plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Yu Xiangquan announced the implementation of the 2022 equipment procurement plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Nan announced the implementation status of the 2022 safety technology measures cost plan. Subsequently, a new board of directors and supervisory board were elected through voting. The board of directors and supervisory board elected a new chairman, vice chairman, and chairman of the supervisory board, and the board appointed a new management team. On the afternoon of the 31st, newly elected Chairman Xu Ming made a work arrangement for the 2023 board of directors titled "Concentrate and Forge Ahead, Seize the Momentum to Open a New Chapter, and Fully Write a New Chapter for the High Quality Transformation and Development of the Company". He established the goals for the seventh three-year planning period, analyzed the situation and tasks faced in 2023, and deployed various tasks for 2023. The newly elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Xu Daxiang, has made the work arrangement for the Supervisory Board in 2023; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing will prepare the 2023 financial budget and work arrangements; Director and General Manager Zhang Dong announced the 2023 infrastructure project plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Nan announced the 2023 plan for safety technology measures expenses; Director and Deputy General Manager Shi Daliang announced the 2023 equipment configuration plan. Subsequently, the attendees divided into two groups for lively discussions on the various reports and plans of this meeting. Everyone brainstormed and provided valuable suggestions for the high-quality transformation and development of the company. On the morning of April 1st, 23 registered shareholders or their proxies voted on various reports and plans, all of which were successfully passed. Chairman Xu Mingxuan read the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, and the registered shareholders and their authorized persons signed the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. Before the end of the meeting, Party Secretary Huang Yazhou summarized and explained some hot issues discussed during the discussion process, and requested all attending shareholders to conscientiously promote the spirit of this meeting, unite and work together, and plan a new chapter for the company's tomorrow. At 11:00 am on April 1st, the conference successfully concluded with the solemn sound of the national anthem.
