On the afternoon of April 1st, the second session of the sixth employee (member) representative conference of the company was successfully held. Company leaders Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Zhang Dong, Jin Wenlin, Wang Nan, and Shi Daliang attended the meeting. Yang Baoguang, Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial Construction Union, specially came to attend the meeting and delivered a speech.
The conference was presided over by Huang Yazhou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the company. The attending representatives carefully listened to the report on the operation and management situation of Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing in 2022, the report on the payment of social insurance premiums for employees in 2022 by Changsha Liangzhu, the Human Resources Department, the report on the performance of collective contracts in 2022 by Zhang Ming, the Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, the plan for labor safety and health measures in 2023 read out by Wang Zhongliang, the Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection, and the 2022 Trade Union Work Report entitled "Focusing on Core Services at the Grassroots and Striving to Do a Good Job in Trade Union Work" by Huang Yazhou, the Party Secretary and Trade Union Chairman. Subsequently, the attending representatives voted on the three items of deliberation by anonymous ballot and obtained unanimous approval. Yu Xiangquan, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager, read out the commendation decisions for 2022, and commended the advanced collectives and exemplary individual in 2022. Xu Ming, Chairman of the Board, wore ribbons for model worker, and the leaders present at the meeting issued honorary certificates for various advanced representatives. Yang Baoguang, Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial Construction Trade Union, delivered a speech expressing sincere congratulations on the successful convening of the Workers' Congress, fully affirming the achievements of the company's trade union work under the new situation, and putting forward specific requirements for future trade union work. Chairman Xu Ming delivered a concluding speech, expressing warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference on behalf of the company's board of directors and management team, and congratulating the advanced collectives and individuals who have received various honorary titles. While acknowledging the achievements of the union's work, several requirements are put forward for future work: firstly, we should focus on the company's central work, actively carry out a series of mass activities, further stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, and gather strength for the company's development and stability; Secondly, we need to strengthen publicity and education work, utilize various promotional media of the company, promote the culture of Shengyue, and tell the story of Shengyue; Thirdly, we should care for and love our employees, and effectively do practical and good things for them. Chairman Xu Ming also hopes that the company's labor union, under the correct leadership of the provincial construction union, will fulfill its duties, innovate and take on responsibilities, and contribute to the development and growth of the company.
