The company held the 4th Party Member Conference

On the afternoon of September 29th, the company held its fourth party member conference in the conference room on the fourth floor. Company leaders Xu Ming, Huang Yazhou, Jin Wenlin, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, Zhang Dong, as well as 60 party members from the company's headquarters and nearby project departments attended the conference. A total of 76 party members from external project departments such as Middle East Limited, Ningbo Branch, and Yantai Branch participated in the conference via video conference. Sun Xingang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xindian Street, Linzi District, was invited to attend the conference. This year's Party Congress should have 160 members, but it has actually reached 136 members, which is more than four fifths of the total number of Party members. The meeting is valid.
The conference was presided over by Comrade Xu Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager. Comrade Sun Xingang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xindian Street, read out on behalf of the higher-level Party Committee the approval of the fourth Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission election of Shandong Shengyue Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd; Comrade Huang Yazhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered a work report on behalf of the previous Party Committee. The report summarized the work of the third Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, reported on the transfer of organizational relationships, collection, use, and management of party fees, and identified existing problems; Comrade Yu Xiangquan, the Vice General Manager, read out and approved the draft of the election method for the fourth Party Congress of the company; Comrade Wang Nan, Vice General Manager, read out and approved the proposed list of chief vote makers, scrutineers, and vote counters for the Fourth Party Congress. After Vice General Manager Zhang Dong read out the list of candidates for the fourth Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission members, the attending party members voted for the fourth Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission members by anonymous ballot in accordance with the requirements of the election method. After the staff nervously and carefully counted the votes, the chief vote taker Wang Zhongliang read out the voting results of the fourth Party committee members and discipline inspection commission members. General Manager Xu Ming announced the newly elected members of the fourth Party committee (in alphabetical order), including Wang Nan, Fu Hao, Zhang Dong, Jin Wenlin, Xu Ming, Huang Yazhou, and Yu Xiangquan; The newly elected members of the Fourth Discipline Inspection Commission (in alphabetical order) are Fu Hao, Liu Yuan, Zhang Fu'an, Xu Daxiang, and Xu Ming. The Fourth Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission held their first plenary sessions respectively, electing a Secretary and Deputy Secretary. Comrade Huang Yazhou was elected as the Secretary of the Party Committee, and Comrade Xu Ming was elected as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Xu Ming was elected as the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission (concurrently), and Comrade Xu Daxiang was elected as the Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. Huang Yazhou, the newly appointed Secretary of the Party Committee, and Xu Ming, the newly appointed Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, respectively made statements and speeches at the meeting. Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming delivered an important speech at the end. Mr. Xu, on behalf of the company's administration, first affirmed the achievements of the previous Party committee, expressed sincere gratitude for the work of the third Party committee and disciplinary committee members, and warmly congratulated the newly elected fourth Party committee and disciplinary committee members. Mr. Xu has put forward several hopes and requirements for the work in the coming period. One is to strengthen the political construction of the Party and further play the leading role of Party building. We must adhere to putting the people at the center. As far as enterprises are concerned, we must adhere to putting the majority of employees at the center, strengthen the social responsibility of the enterprise, and make every effort to complete the various work tasks deployed by the company's party committee. The second is to focus on production and operation, and promote the deep integration of party building and central work. Focus on the central work and annual key tasks of the company, further clarify goals, dig deep into gaps, improve efficiency, maintain a clear mind, carefully deploy and grasp, closely monitor on-site promotion, and make every effort to ensure breakthroughs in various work in the third quarter and comprehensive improvement in the fourth quarter. The third is to strengthen the construction of the cadre team and further enhance their ability to make contributions and achievements. Leaders and cadres at all levels should "bear in mind the instructions and make new achievements, work hard to create better results", play the main melody of work, entrepreneurship and common development in their respective positions, and sound the charge of striving for a hundred days to win the whole year, firmly taking the road to high-quality development of the company. Strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations and further stimulate the vitality of grassroots organizations. Members of the leadership team should conscientiously fulfill the "dual responsibilities of one position", comprehensively implement various tasks of party building work, and form a vivid situation of strong organizational leadership and effective implementation of responsibilities. The fifth is to strengthen the construction of Party conduct and clean governance, and further promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. The construction of work style is always on the road, and we must constantly strive for excellence and innovation; We need to strengthen discipline construction and tighten the string of rules. Sixth, we need to strengthen the construction of harmonious enterprises and further create a favorable development environment. We must continue to carry out education activities on the situation and tasks, educate and guide the vast number of workers to recognize the situation, change their mindset, move forward with a heavy burden, dare to be the first, radiate positive energy of responsibility and pragmatism, gather firm confidence and strong joint force to work together to implement and promote development, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with even better results.
