The 2022 new employee onboarding training has been successfully completed

It's another season of welcoming the new year, when youth is setting sail. In the scorching July, the company welcomed a new batch of college graduates. This year, the company has recruited a total of 53 college graduates, including 48 undergraduate students and 5 vocational students, covering multiple majors related to the company's business, such as mechanical design and manufacturing.
In order to enable new employees to quickly understand the company's development history and cultural heritage, familiarize themselves with the work environment, and feel the company's care and attention, the company has carefully prepared pre employment training for new employees. A grand opening ceremony was held on July 21st, attended by Huang Yazhou, Vice General Manager of the company, as well as heads of various units and departments. Vice General Manager Huang Yazhou brought the "first lesson of onboarding" to new employees at the opening ceremony, teaching them how to establish a good mentality, be diligent and solid, seize opportunities, and showcase themselves in order to better strengthen learning, strive to improve personal comprehensive qualities, and integrate into the social environment. The heads of relevant departments and business supervisors of the company provided centralized training for new employees, explaining various aspects such as company profile, corporate culture, management system, information management, safety management, material supply management, and technical quality management. Vivid, detailed, and professional analysis not only deepens new employees' understanding of the company and clarifies their future work goals, but also provides them with the motivation and direction to move forward in the future, enabling them to quickly transition from campus to the workplace and integrate into the work environment and adapt to their job positions more quickly. On July 29th, after the training ended, a symposium was held with company leaders Xu Ming, Yu Xiangquan, Shi Daliang, Zhang Dong, and heads of various units and departments to have face-to-face communication with new employees. General Manager Xu Ming finally expressed his hope to the new employees: firstly, to maintain a good mentality, integrate into the team as soon as possible, familiarize themselves with the environment, and enter their roles. The second is to cherish job opportunities, be down-to-earth, and shine in one's own position with a calm attitude and high spirits, realizing the value of life. The third is to make a good career plan, continue to maintain good study habits, learn more, think hard, constantly accumulate experience, strive to improve abilities, and be brave to accept challenges. New employees expressed their gratitude to the company for the carefully prepared training courses. The school's teaching curriculum taught us the basics of work, while the company's training taught us how to handle work. Through the 'First Lesson of Employment', they will quickly integrate into and adapt to the project in their future work, be responsible and willing to contribute, and quickly achieve the transformation from a college student to an employee, contributing their own strength to the development and growth of the company.
