On June 16th, General Manager Xu Ming and Deputy General Manager Yu Xiangquan, accompanied by leaders from relevant units, visited our company's Wenzhou LNG receiving station project department to inspect and guide the work.
General Manager Xu Ming first attended the engineering coordination and promotion meeting organized by Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Mr. Xu made a statement on the overall goal of receiving the first ship's commissioning gas by December 31, 2022 and March 9, 2023 for the project, based on the actual situation of our company's contracted construction tasks, from the aspects of resource allocation, implementation of safety measures, schedule control, civilized construction, and epidemic prevention and control. Subsequently, Mr. Xu and his team organized a project coordination meeting in the project department conference room, and Deputy General Manager Yu Xiangquan put forward specific requirements for various tasks of the project department. Mr. Yu pointed out that in the early stage of the project, progress was slow due to factors such as site conditions; The project department should develop a scientific construction plan based on the node plan determined by the owner, arrange practical and feasible construction schemes, and at the same time, do a good job in cost control and human resource planning, striving to improve economic benefits; Strengthen the control of direct work processes, involve all staff in joint management, and ensure the safe, smooth, and orderly progress of project construction and production. Mr. Xu emphasized in the end that the project department should closely focus on the various milestone goals of the owner, while ensuring the construction progress, attach great importance to safety and quality management, and any work of the project department should not be at the expense of safety and quality. We need to strengthen safety education for employees, increase investment in safety hardware, and solidify the main responsibility for safety production. Strictly follow the specifications and standards for construction, and conscientiously carry out technical disclosure work; Strictly implement the three quality inspection system, refine and implement quality management work, set high standards and strict requirements, improve the first pass rate, reduce or eliminate rework, promote progress with quality, and lay the foundation for the "long, full, stable and excellent" operation of the receiving station. Efforts should be made to increase the management of civilized construction on site, ensuring that the site is clean, the roads are unobstructed, materials, equipment, and semi-finished products are arranged in an orderly manner, with clear markings, construction waste is cleaned up in a timely manner, the site is busy but not chaotic, and a good corporate image is established. We must strictly adhere to organizational and disciplinary concepts, take into account the overall situation, and obey commands; We must closely monitor the site, ensuring that as long as there are construction personnel present, there are leaders and management personnel present, actively solving problems for the front line, working together to ensure the smooth progress of construction and production, and ensuring the smooth achievement of task milestones and goals.
