On May 15th, the company's general manager Xu Ming, deputy general managers Bai Hongbing, and Yu Xiangquan visited our company's Wenzhou LNG receiving station project department to inspect and guide the work.
Mr. Xu and his delegation first communicated with relevant leaders of Sinopec Guangzhou (Luoyang) Engineering Co., Ltd. Both sides discussed and exchanged opinions on the problems that existed during the project execution process, as well as the key and difficult points encountered during construction. Subsequently, Mr. Xu and his team visited the project site for inspection, organized a project report meeting, and listened to detailed reports from the project department on site safety, quality, progress, and cost control. At the meeting, in response to the lagging construction progress, Vice General Manager Yu Xiangquan requested that the project department reorganize the key node plan and develop practical and feasible construction plans based on the node plan. At the same time, the project department should take the initiative to urge for drawings, ensure the arrival of equipment and materials, and focus on key areas to ensure the achievement of the overall project goals. Vice General Manager Bai Hongbing explained the implementation plan of the simulated equity management responsibility system for the project, and put forward specific requirements for the project department on how to control costs and comprehensively improve profitability. General Manager Xu Ming emphasized in the end that the project department should cherish the opportunity to provide services to the owners and general contractors, correctly handle the relationship between safety, quality, schedule, cost, etc., and strive to do a good job in cost control while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule, and improve the overall management awareness of the staff; For situations such as exceeding the contract and special measures costs, it is necessary to do a good job in visa claims, ensure that there is evidence to rely on, actively communicate with the general contractor, and strive for economic benefits.
