On the afternoon of April 10th, the company held the first session of the sixth employee member representative conference. Company leaders Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Jin Wenlin, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, and Shi Daliang attended the meeting. Yang Zhentong, a second level researcher of Shandong Construction Union, attended the meeting via video and delivered an important speech.
Before the conference, a preparatory meeting was held to approve the list of members of the presidium, secretary-general, and working group recommendations. Due to the prevention and control of the epidemic, the conference was held in the main venue, sub venues, and by video conference for participants from outside the city. The conference should have 56 formal representatives, but 53 representatives were actually present. The conference is valid. The conference is presided over by Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming. At the first stage of the employee representative conference, we listened to the report on the 2021 business management situation by director and deputy general manager Bai Hongbing, and the report on the 2021 payment of employee social insurance premiums by human resources department director Changsha Liangzhu; We listened to and reviewed the "Collective Contract (Draft)" read out by Zhang Ming, Minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, the "2022 Labor Safety and Health Measures Plan" read out by Wang Zhongliang, Minister of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and the "Trade Union Work Report" made by Huang Yazhou, Chairman of the Trade Union. The attending representatives voted anonymously on the three items under review and received unanimous approval. At the second stage of the member representative assembly, democratic elections were also held for the sixth trade union committee: the deputy secretary of the party committee, Huang Yazhou, read out and approved the election method, and then the member representatives conducted a voting election. After carefully counting the votes, the working group read out the voting election results, and 9 comrades were elected as members of the sixth trade union committee; The first meeting of the sixth trade union committee was held to elect the union chairman and vice chairman. General Manager Xu Ming announced the list of newly elected members of the sixth trade union committee and the results of the election of the union chairman and vice chairman. At the meeting, the company's general manager Xu Ming signed a collective agreement on behalf of the company's administration, and the union chairman Huang Yazhou signed a collective agreement on behalf of the company's union; After Chairman Huang Yaya read out the commendation decision of the company's administration, party committee and trade union in 2021, General Manager Xu Ming wore ribbons for representatives of model worker. Yang Zhentong, a second level researcher of Shandong Construction Union, warmly congratulated the convening of this meeting and the election of the sixth trade union committee in his speech. He affirmed the achievements of the previous trade union committee in the past five years and made significant contributions to the development of the company. He particularly paid tribute to the employees working overseas. Yang Zhentong also reported on the work arrangement of the Provincial Construction Union this year and put forward specific requirements on how to do a good job in union work. In his speech, Xu Ming, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, expressed warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference on behalf of the board of directors and management team; Warm congratulations to the advanced collectives and individuals who have received various honorary titles. Sincere thanks to the members of the previous trade union committee, and warm congratulations to the newly elected trade union committee. While acknowledging the achievements of the union work, General Manager Xu Ming, on behalf of the company, put forward several requirements for the new union committee: firstly, to strengthen ideological and political guidance and highlight the functions of the union. The second is to cooperate with the company's central tasks and carry out work in a targeted manner. The third is to carry out solid dual competition activities and build harmonious labor relations.
