On April 9-10, the third session of the sixth shareholders' meeting and the 2022 work meeting of the company were held grandly. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention work, company leaders Xu Ming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, registered shareholders or their authorized persons attended the meeting at the main venue on the first floor. Company leaders Jin Wenlin and some middle-level and above management personnel attended the meeting at the third floor sub venue or via video. The meeting was chaired by Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming.
On the morning of the 9th, Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming presented the "2021 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors". The report reviews the production and operation situation and achievements in 2021 from seven aspects, deeply analyzes the situation and existing problems, and arranges the work for 2022. Xu Daxiang, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, presented the "2021 Annual Work Report of the Supervisory Board"; Director and Deputy General Manager Bai Hongbing presented the "2021 Financial Final Accounts and 2022 Financial Budget Report"; Director and Deputy General Manager Huang Yazhou announced the "2021 Annual Profit Distribution Plan"; Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Nan announced the implementation status of the 2021 infrastructure project plan and the 2022 plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Jin Wenlin announced the implementation of the 2021 Safety Technology Measures Cost Plan and the 2022 Plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Yu Xiangquan announced the implementation of the 2021 equipment procurement plan and the 2022 plan; Director and Deputy General Manager Shi Daliang read out the draft on the establishment of Shandong Shengyue Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. Yantai subsidiary. From the afternoon of the 9th to the morning of the 10th, the attendees had lively discussions on the various reports and plans of this meeting in two groups, and put forward multiple constructive opinions and suggestions. After a group discussion at 10:00 am on the 10th, the registered shareholders and their proxies voted on various reports and plans, and all were successfully passed. Chairman and General Manager Xu Mingxuan read the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, and the registered shareholders and their authorized persons signed the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. At the end of the meeting, Huang Yazhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, explained some hot issues discussed during the discussion process and put forward specific requirements on how to implement the spirit of the meeting.
