From March 8th to 10th, 2022, a team of three members from Sinopec Engineering Quality Inspection Co., Ltd. conducted a re evaluation and appraisal of our company's pressure pipeline installation (GA2 level, GC1 level, GCD level) license qualifications. Company leaders Xu Ming, Huang Yazhou, Shi Daliang, heads of various units and departments, personnel from the pressure pipeline system, and relevant management personnel attended the meeting, which was chaired by the leader of the review team, Yang Weilin.
At the first meeting held on the morning of the 8th, Vice General Manager Huang Yazhou introduced the company's overview and the operation of the pressure pipeline installation quality system to the expert group on behalf of the company. The expert group conducted on-site inspections of the company's office space, material warehouse, equipment warehouse, welding material warehouse, welding test site and other related workplaces. From the aspects of license resource conditions, establishment and implementation of quality assurance system, and technical capabilities to ensure product safety performance, the evaluation was conducted in groups according to relevant national regulations, standards, technical specifications and other provisions. After three days of intense review, the review team summarized the situation of the certificate replacement review, issued a memorandum of special equipment appraisal review, and announced that the certificate replacement review was basically passed. At the final review meeting, General Manager Xu Ming, on behalf of the company, thanked the expert group for their final review results and technical guidance. At the same time, it is required that units and departments take this review as an opportunity to strengthen the promotion and training of the new regulations, further analyze and improve the system documents, system operation, etc., strengthen supervision and guidance of project management, better control the on-site situation, and enhance the company's management level.
