At 14:30 on January 4th, the company held the 2022 HSE work meeting in the conference room on the first floor of the office building. Company leaders Xu Ming, Huang Yazhou, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, and Shi Daliang, as well as department and branch heads and HSE system management personnel, attended the meeting. The meeting comprehensively summarized the company's HSE work in 2021, the situation it faces, and the existing problems, and analyzed the problems in each link of the HSE management system operation process. Based on the situation reflected in HSE management in 2021 and the current safety management situation, arrangements and deployments have been made for HSE work in 2022. The main tasks are to abide by the red line and bottom line, and continuously consolidate the main responsibility of the enterprise; Accelerate the accumulation of 'big data', empower data and technology, and promote integration with 'smart construction sites'; Improve the system and mechanism construction, strengthen professional management, and comprehensively consolidate the foundation of safety and environmental protection; Fully implement regular screening of the "big health" status and ensure good hygiene and health; Strengthen the management of subcontractors and effectively improve the level of control over direct work processes; Benchmarking standardized construction, consolidating environmental protection concepts, and practicing green construction. At the meeting, company leaders demanded a reasonable and accurate grasp of the relationship between safety prevention costs and benefits, a reasonable guarantee of the company's safety prevention cost investment, and a continuous reduction of the company's safety loss costs. They also emphasized the need to strengthen the management of subcontractors and labor employment, carry out graded management and control, risk statistics, safety disclosure, emergency plans, and hidden danger governance Specific measures and requirements have been proposed for HSE work in 2022, including strengthening employee training, enhancing the overall quality of all staff, strengthening inspections of construction operations, and assessing management at different levels. Finally, General Manager Xu Ming delivered a concluding speech. While affirming the company's safety management work in 2021, Mr. Xu also put forward specific requirements for the existing shortcomings. Mr. Xu pointed out that in the face of complex and changing situations, all units and departments should closely focus on the company's 2022 HSE work deployment, identify shortcomings from all aspects, find the right direction, continuously improve, and strengthen management awareness at all levels of the company.
