From October 11th to 13th, a team of six experts from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, tasked with evaluating maintenance capabilities, conducted an on-site assessment of our company's petrochemical maintenance capabilities. Over thirty participants, including company leaders Xu Ming, Chen Yanzhe, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Shi Daliang, as well as heads of relevant departments and accompanying inspection personnel, attended the meeting.
On behalf of the company, Deputy General Manager Huang Yazhou extended a warm welcome to the audit team. He introduced the basic situation of the company and its inspection and maintenance QHSE management work, covering aspects such as company overview, construction capabilities and major construction achievements, technical quality management performance, company resource status, inspection and maintenance performance, and operation of the inspection and maintenance QHSE system. He expressed his hope to utilize this on-site assessment opportunity to earnestly listen to the opinions and suggestions of the experts, so as to better improve the inspection and maintenance QHSE management work and elevate the company's inspection and maintenance management level to a new level. During the three-day review, the audit team conducted a compliance verification audit on the company's resource conditions, construction performance, establishment and operation of the QHSE management system, and whether the management of inspection and maintenance projects conforms to the "Technical Specification for Inspection and Maintenance Capability Assessment" and relevant technical standards and specifications, by reviewing relevant materials and witnessing documents, conducting on-site inspections, and other methods. Upon review, the resource conditions for the company's entrusted capability assessment project meet the specified assessment criteria; the establishment and operation of the QHSE management system generally comply with the technical specifications for inspection and maintenance capability assessment; and the management of inspection and maintenance construction projects largely meets the requirements of relevant safety technical specifications, standards, and the QHSE management system. The audit team issued a "List of Non-conformities in Inspection and Maintenance Capability Assessment" to the company regarding the non-conformities identified during the audit. Entrusted by Sinopec, since 2012, China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute has served as a third-party technical institution to conduct qualification certification and review for petrochemical inspection and maintenance enterprises. It conducts professional technical qualification reviews for inspection and maintenance enterprises that provide services within the Sinopec system, setting "thresholds" to continuously improve the work level of inspection and maintenance enterprises and ensure they provide high-quality and efficient services to Sinopec. Since the implementation of this system, it has played a positive role in enhancing the management level and inspection and maintenance capabilities of petrochemical inspection and maintenance enterprises, leveraging their professional advantages, strengthening industry and regional market competitiveness, and establishing corporate brand image.
