On August 7, 2021, the 1.2 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit of the Sinopec Beihai Refining and Chemical Structural Adjustment and Renovation Project, which was constructed by our company, successfully started up and produced qualified products, marking the successful start-up of the unit and the full commissioning of the structural adjustment and renovation project. The Beihai Refining and Chemical Structure Adjustment Project is a key initiative of Sinopec and Beihai City. Upon its completion and commissioning, the project will enhance crude oil processing capacity to 8 million tons per year, increase annual operating income by approximately 2.7 billion yuan, annual tax revenue by 1.5 billion yuan, and annual profit by 400 million yuan. This will further leverage Beihai Refining and Chemical's leading role in the Beihai petrochemical industry, and lay a solid foundation for the construction and expansion of the petrochemical industry cluster in the Beihai Port Petrochemical Industrial Park. Our company primarily undertook the construction task of the LTAG complex. During the construction process, the project department continuously optimized the construction plan and vigorously promoted factory prefabrication and modular installation. All participating personnel prevented the epidemic, fought high temperatures, and endured the scorching heat, overcoming numerous difficulties. Always adhering to the "three principles" as the core of construction and focusing on large-scale lifting as the main line, we achieved a perfect combination of construction progress, safety, and quality. In particular, the construction of the regenerator set a new record of 23 days to reach the top, showcasing our ironclad image in the Beihai refining and chemical market. Especially in the face of the severe situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, all our company's personnel who participated in the fight acted as the most beautiful逆行者, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities with courage. We insisted on focusing on both epidemic prevention and control and construction and production, and promoted the safe, high-quality, and efficient progress of the project through activities such as the "Hundred-Day Labor Competition" and "Continuous Efforts to Create Efficiency". In terms of safety management, we always keep in mind the principle of "safety first, life supreme", achieving the safety management goal of "zero casualties and zero accidents". In terms of quality management, we have created a good quality atmosphere of "valuing quality, pursuing quality, advocating quality, and everyone paying attention to quality", with the first-pass yield of welding reaching 99%. When competing with large construction enterprises directly under Sinopec, our performance in all aspects was not inferior, and we were awarded the title of "Excellent Contractor". The successful startup of the device marked a perfect end to the structural adjustment and renovation project. However, our service to the owner has only a starting point, not an end. Our company will not rest on our past achievements, but will continue to make persistent efforts to complete every project entrusted to us by the owner and the general contractor, and make our due contributions to the development and growth of China Petrochemical and the high-quality development of the local economy.
