On the afternoon of July 20, 2021, a team of three inspectors from the Zibo Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted a supervision and inspection of our company's welder examination institution.
The inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the examination work from three major aspects: resource conditions, establishment and implementation of the quality system, and examination quality, through methods such as verifying materials, inspecting examination rooms, checking practical equipment, and reviewing examination videos. The inspection team believes that our company's welder examination institution strictly adheres to the requirements outlined in the "Assessment Rules for Special Equipment Welding Operators" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China. The records and files of the welder examination process are complete and valid, and the examination work is under control, meeting the requirements of the examination regulations. Personnel from our company's examination organization also had thorough discussions with the experts from the inspection team regarding issues encountered in daily work. We humbly accepted their guidance, promptly rectified existing problems, and effectively improved the quality of examinations and management levels. In recent years, our company's welder examination institution has strengthened its own construction, ensuring the effective operation of the quality system established by the examination institution. We strictly adhere to the "Detailed Rules for the Assessment of Special Equipment Welding Operators", achieving clear division of labor and responsibilities. A complete operational chain has been formed from welder registration, qualification review, application for examination, examination, archiving, and information uploading, with each process checking and restricting each other, ensuring that each internal operation is responsible and the quality is controllable. The results and other information of each examination session are promptly submitted to the safety supervision agency for filing.
