The induction training for the company's new employees of 2021 has come to a successful conclusion

    In the blazing July sun, colors of the sunshine converge; in the passionate July, the breath of youth permeates. At this season, our company welcomes a new batch of fresh blood. Over thirty recent college graduates, brimming with fiery youth and youthful vitality, have reported to our company.
    To assist new employees in quickly understanding the company, familiarizing themselves with their work, and better integrating into the corporate team, as well as facilitating their transition from students to employees as soon as possible, the company's supervisory leaders have attached great importance to this matter. They organized a special preparatory meeting and formulated a scientific and detailed pre-job training program. Relevant department personnel conducted centralized training for the new employees, covering various aspects such as company introduction, corporate culture, management system, information management, safety management, and technical quality management. The vivid, detailed, and professional explanations not only deepened the new employees' understanding of the company and clarified their future work goals, but also gave them the motivation and direction to move forward in the future, achieving self-improvement in their early career.
    After the training, a symposium was held with the participation of some company leaders and department heads. At the symposium, Chen Yanzhe, the party secretary, gave four pieces of advice to the new employees: First, maintain a good attitude and actively integrate into the company; second, be brave in enduring hardships and dedication, and exercise a strong will; third, continuously strengthen learning and improve professional skills; fourth, establish a sense of mission and safeguard the interests of the company.
    The new employees expressed their gratitude, "We are grateful to the company for the meticulously prepared training courses. The academic courses taught us the fundamentals of work, while the company's training taught us how to handle work." Through the "first lesson of induction", they will integrate into and adapt to the project as soon as possible in their future work, take responsibility seriously, be brave in dedication, quickly realize the transition from a college student to an employee, and contribute their own strength to the development and growth of the company.
