The company was awarded the title of "Outstanding Unit" in the Luoyang Petrochemical Labor Compet

    On July 16th, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Luoyang Branch held a summary and commendation conference for the special labor competition activity titled "Continuing to Strive for 100 Days, Paying Tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China". Our company was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Unit".
    To further accelerate the construction speed of the Luoyang Petrochemical Project, stimulate the work enthusiasm of the participating units, set off a wave of vigorous work on the project, and present a gift of excellent achievements to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, since March 23, 2021, the Luoyang Branch has organized and carried out a special labor competition activity titled "Continuing the Struggle for 100 Days, Presenting a Gift to the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party".
    Our Luoyang Engineering Project Department actively participated. To ensure the orderly conduct of the competition activities, a leading group for competition activities was established, with the project manager as the group leader and the deputy project manager and heads of various departments as members. The leading group coordinated and refined the implementation plan of the competition activities based on the actual situation on site. All departments and teams worked together to form a top-down interactive working pattern, providing a strong guarantee for ensuring the effectiveness of the labor competition activities.
    During the labor competition activities, the project department focused on "emphasizing effectiveness, building brand, and emphasizing credibility", continuously enriched the competition content, and integrated the competition activities throughout the entire process of construction and production. The project department's teams internally launched the "four comparisons" activities, namely "comparing safety, quality, progress, and civilization", and vigorously implemented the node objectives of the competition activities. They fulfilled the commitments outlined in the competition activity implementation plan, truly rewarding the good and punishing the bad, allowing employees who have worked hard to be rewarded, and providing tangible benefits to those who take responsibility, thereby stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of all participants. The project department adhered to the monthly labor competition meeting system, promptly summarized existing problems, and formulated improvement measures to ensure the effectiveness of the competition activities.
    As the saying goes, "No pains, no gains." With the strong support from the company headquarters and the correct leadership of the project team, all participating employees actively cooperated and worked hard. The project team successfully completed all the milestone tasks of the competition, achieved outstanding results, and received full recognition from the owners.
    Honor is not only a recognition of achievements but also a driving force to propel various tasks forward. All members of the project team will take the honor received as a new starting point, and with even greater enthusiasm and tenacity, they will wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to the construction of the final phase of the project, striving to achieve the goal of delivering the facility with high standards by "August 30th".
