Company leaders inspect and guide the work at the Yantai Wanhua project department

On May 17th, General Manager Xu Ming, along with Deputy General Managers Jin Wenlin and Wang Nan, accompanied by leaders from relevant units, inspected and provided guidance to the work at the Yantai Wanhua Engineering Project Department, which our company has undertaken.
Upon arriving at the project site, Mr. Xu and his delegation conducted on-site inspections at POSM, Niaoben Phase III, and the prefabrication yard. They also engaged in discussions and exchanges with Yang Changqiao, the Deputy General Manager of Wanhua Petrochemical Company, regarding the current issues facing the project and the key construction priorities for the next step. General Manager Xu pointed out that the POSM project comprises a total of 36 main items, including over 20,000 tons of steel structure, over 900,000 inches of process pipelines, over 900 sets of static and dynamic equipment, and over 10,000 sets of electrical and instrumentation equipment. The scale of the project is unprecedented, and so are the difficulties it faces. The PO/SM project is the top priority of Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park this year and is also a key project for our company. All tasks and intermediate objectives have been clearly defined. The project department must coordinate the construction personnel, implement lean management, and adhere to the guiding principle of "high standards, strict requirements, focusing on key points, emphasizing details, good management, and improving efficiency" in Wanhua's engineering construction. We must overcome difficulties, work diligently, uphold the excellent tradition of "being able to fight when it comes, and being able to win when it comes", strive to work hard, smartly, and practically, ensure the achievement of all objectives and tasks, and deliver a satisfactory answer for the leapfrog development of Wanhua Chemical.
