The company leaders inspected and guided the work at the Yantai project department

On April 15th, General Manager Xu Ming, along with Deputy General Managers Yu Xiangquan and Wang Nan, accompanied by leaders from relevant departments, visited the Yantai Wanhua project department, which our company has undertaken, to inspect and provide guidance on the work.
Upon arrival at the project site, Mr. Xu and his delegation first conducted a site inspection of the PO/SM project, the NiaoBen Phase III project, and the prefabrication yard. Subsequently, Mr. Xu organized a "100-Day Drive for the PO/SM Project" construction coordination meeting in the on-site conference room, which was attended by all members of the project department's leadership team and heads of relevant units. At the meeting, the leaders of the PO/SM project and the NiaoBen Phase III project respectively reported to the company's leaders on the progress of their respective projects, as well as the planning and deployment of subsequent construction. General Manager Xu emphasized that the current period is the golden season for construction. The project departments must overcome difficulties, optimize processes, and make reasonable arrangements, preparing resources in advance for the 100-day intensive work in May. Upholding the glorious tradition and excellent style of ShengYue, we must hold high the banner of daring to fight tough battles and being capable of doing so, make up our minds, and ride the wind and break the waves to ensure on-time delivery. We must summarize and fully understand Wanhua's policies, improve management awareness and management level, rely on management to generate benefits and enhance efficiency, and achieve refined management. Responsibilities must be assigned to individuals, and regional management responsibilities must be implemented. Those who should bear responsibilities must do so. The development of the company relies on everyone's joint efforts. Only by working together and pulling in the same direction can we create greater benefits for the company, and the company can also achieve better development.
