Zhenhai Refining and Chemical's 4 million tons/year hydrocracking project carries out party building

To ensure the high-standard delivery and timely successful startup of the hydrocracking project at Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, on April 17th, the general party branch of the fifth refining department of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company organized a joint party building activity themed "Promoting Delivery and Ensuring Startup". Yuan Chao, secretary of the fifth refining department of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, Zhou Nengdong, hydrocracking project manager of the fifth refining department of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, Sha Wentao, hydrocracking project manager of the project management department of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, Ye Feng, general manager of the Zhenhai project of Luoyang Engineering Company, and Guo Yongbo, project manager, as well as leaders and relevant responsible persons from all participating units, attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Yuan Chao, the secretary of the Refining Department 5 of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company. Zhou Nengdong, the project manager of the hydrocracking unit in Refining Department 5, presented the plan for the party-building co-construction activity titled "Promoting Sinopec and Ensuring Commencement". Subsequently, the attending leaders presented flags to three "public relations teams" and nine "shock brigades". Refining Department 5 of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company and LPEC signed a responsibility agreement for party-building co-construction. The leaders of each co-construction unit made statements. Based on the current progress of the hydrocracking project, the commissioning of rotating equipment, sealing of high-pressure flanges, and pressure testing of process pipelines are the decisive factors determining whether the plant can be handed over on schedule and commence operations smoothly. By managing, deploying, inspecting, and assessing party building work alongside project construction and production tasks, and integrating it with project construction management, the participation and supervisory role of the party organization can be effectively leveraged. The joint party building activity of "Promoting Intermediate Handover and Ensuring Commencement" is conducive to promoting the deep integration and resonance of party building work and project construction. It fully leverages the fighting fortress and vanguard role of grassroots party organizations and the vast number of party members in terms of project safety and quality, construction progress, and team stability. It leads and ensures the successful completion of the 4 million tons/year hydrocracking project of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical. The party branch of the Hydrogenation and Hydrocracking Area of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical's Refining Department 5, together with various participating units, has carried out joint party building activities to build a more effective communication and exchange platform for project construction, provide a more solid and powerful organizational guarantee, and ensure the intermediate handover of the project before June 30, 2021, and a successful first start-up before October 30.
