On the morning of March 27th, the second session of the sixth shareholders' meeting and the 2021 work conference of the company were grandly held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company's office building. More than 40 people, including company leaders Xu Ming, Chen Yanzhe, Chen Hongming, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Jin Wenlin, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, registered shareholders or their entrusted representatives, and middle-level cadres, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming.
On the morning of the 27th, Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming presented the "2020 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors". The report reviewed the main work of the past year, conducted an in-depth analysis of existing problems and the situation faced, and made arrangements for the work in 2021. Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Xu Daxiang presented the "2020 Annual Work Report of the Board of Supervisors"; Director and Deputy General Manager Bai Hongbing presented the "2020 Annual Financial Final Accounts and 2021 Annual Financial Budget Report"; Director and Deputy General Manager Huang Yazhou read out the "2020 Annual Profit Distribution Plan"; Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager Chen Yanzhe read out the "Implementation Status of the 2020 Annual Infrastructure Project Plan and 2021 Annual Plan"; Director and Deputy General Manager Chen Hongming read out the "Implementation Status of the 2020 Annual Safety Technical Measures Expense Plan and 2021 Annual Plan"; Director and Deputy General Manager Yu Xiangquan read out the "Implementation Status of the 2020 Annual Equipment Procurement Plan and 2021 Annual Plan". From the afternoon of the 27th to the morning of the 28th, the participants conducted lively discussions in two groups on various reports and proposals presented at the meeting, and put forward a number of constructive opinions and suggestions. After the group discussion at 10 am on the 28th, the registered shareholders and their proxies voted on various reports and proposals, all of which were successfully passed. Chairman and General Manager Xu Ming announced the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, and the registered shareholders and their proxies signed the resolutions. Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager Chen Yanzhe made a concluding speech at the end of the meeting, reporting on the issues raised during the group discussions. He promised that after this meeting, the Board of Directors and the management team would carefully study the issues, shoulder their responsibilities, implement the tasks, unite their efforts, and overcome difficulties. At the same time, he required all participants to convey the spirit of this meeting to every employee, in order to promote the company's work to a new level in 2021 and make more contributions to achieving various economic and technical indicators throughout the year. At 11:30 am on the 28th, the conference came to a close amidst the majestic national anthem.
