The fifth session of the fifth employee representative assembly of the company was successfully held

On the afternoon of March 28th, the company held the Fifth Session of the Fifth Workers' and Members' Congress in the conference room on the fourth floor. Company leaders Xu Ming, Chen Yanzhe, Bai Hongbing, Huang Yazhou, Jin Wenlin, Yu Xiangquan, Wang Nan, Shi Daliang, and employee representatives attended the meeting. Yang Zhentong, researcher of the Shandong Provincial Construction Trade Union, and Liu Ruixue, director, made a special trip to attend the meeting and delivered important speeches.
Before the convening of the conference, a preparatory meeting was held first, during which the explanation on replacing the staff member representatives was read out; the proposed list of members of the presidium, secretary-general, and working group of the conference was approved. The conference was valid, with 44 representatives actually attending out of the 61 official representatives who should have attended. The conference was presided over by Chen Yanzhe, the Party Secretary. The meeting successively heard the report on the operation and management situation in 2020 presented by Bai Hongbing, the Deputy General Manager, the report on the payment of social insurance premiums for employees in 2020 presented by Sha Liangzhu, the Director of the Human Resources Department, and the report on the fulfillment of collective contracts in 2020 presented by Zhang Ming, the Director of the Party Work Department. The meeting also heard and deliberated on the "2021 Labor Safety and Health Measures Plan" read out by Wang Zhongliang, the Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and the "Trade Union Work Report" delivered by Huang Yazhou, the Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union. The report summarized the trade union work in 2020, reported on the income and expenditure of trade union funds for the year, and made arrangements for this year's trade union work. Then, the delegates voted on the two deliberated contents by secret ballot and both were unanimously approved. Secretary Chen Yanzhe announced the commendation decisions for the company's administrative and party-masses systems in 2020, and the leaders presented honorary certificates to representatives of various advanced collectives and outstanding individuals who were awarded in 2020. In his speech, Yang Zhentong, researcher of the Shandong Provincial Construction Trade Union, extended his warm congratulations on the convening of this meeting. He affirmed the achievements made by the company's trade union over the past year, praised its ability to conscientiously implement the spirit of higher authorities and carry out solid and effective work, and gave it high praise. Yang Zhentong also put forward specific requirements, hoping that the trade union organization would strengthen political guidance, pay attention to the study of the party's history; vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship; actively carry out technological innovation; do a good job in supervision and inspection of safety production and labor protection; improve corporate culture construction, care about the lives of employees, unite and make concerted efforts, and make greater contributions to the healthy development of the company. In his speech, Xu Ming, the chairman and general manager of the company, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the Shandong Provincial Construction Trade Union who came to attend the meeting. He also expressed warm congratulations to the advanced collectives and individuals who successfully convened the conference and obtained various honorary titles. Furthermore, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the employees who have always cared about and supported the company's development and have worked hard for it. General Manager Xu Ming analyzed the situation and tasks for this year. While affirming the achievements made by the labor union, he put forward several requirements for this year's work: First, we must focus on the company's central work and carry out mass economic and technological innovation activities in depth. Second, we must focus on the overall situation of the company, cooperate with the administration to ensure safe production, and promote the smooth progress of construction and production. Third, we must focus on the overall situation of the company, care for employees, and unite our efforts. We must continue to carry out solid activities such as sending warmth in winter and coolness in summer, do good things, practical things, and difficult things for employees, focus on helping and assisting frontline employees, especially those in difficulty, so that they can feel the warmth of the company. After successfully completing all the agenda items of the meeting, the Fifth Session of the Fifth Workers' and Members' Congress of the company came to a successful conclusion amid the sound of the National Anthem.
