Mr. Xu and his team first visited the areas of hydrocracking project, polybutene project, and prefabrication yard to understand the current construction progress and listened to detailed reports on on-site safety, quality, progress, and other aspects. Mr. Xu affirmed the achievements of various project departments in recent work and put forward specific requirements for the next step of work. On the morning of the 18th, Mr. Xu organized a construction coordination meeting for all participating units of the hydrocracking project. The meeting further coordinated and implemented aspects such as project progress, resource allocation, and manpower arrangement. At the same time, solutions and specific requirements were proposed for the key and difficult points in the construction process, as well as the problems that need to be coordinated and solved. Mr. Xu emphasized that management personnel at all levels of the project department should strengthen their service awareness, actively create good working conditions for participating units, and further strengthen on-site safety and quality management; All participating units should work together and unite as one to ensure that all construction plans are carried out in an orderly manner, and to achieve the "6.30" delivery target safely, with high quality, and on time. On the afternoon of the 18th, Mr. Xu organized a construction coordination meeting for the polybutene-1 project. The meeting implemented the necessary "personnel, materials, and machinery" for the project item by item, requiring the branch company to coordinate planning, allocate resources reasonably, ensure high standard delivery by May 30th, evaluate the remaining workload, and refine the construction plan. Mr. Xu emphasized that no matter how tight the schedule or heavy the task, safety and quality cannot be forgotten.
