To ensure the overall progress goal of the Zhenhai hydrocracking project is achieved, on March 20th, the Zhenhai hydrocracking project department of Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. held a 100 day tough labor competition with the theme of "Standing at the forefront, maintaining first place, and winning by 6.30". Qi Mingkui, Secretary of the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Project Management Department, Ye Feng, General Manager of the Zhenhai Project and Guo Yongbo, Project Manager of Luoyang Engineering Company, Xu Ming, General Manager of our company, project leaders of the participating team, and on-site construction unit leaders attended the mobilization meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Ye Feng, General Manager of Zhenhai Project of Luoyang Engineering Company. The meeting read out the "Stand at the forefront, maintain first place, and win 6.30" 100 day tough labor competition plan, and signed the responsibility letter for the 100 day tough labor competition. The attending leaders also awarded flags to eight "assault teams". Our company's general manager Xu Ming made a statement at the meeting, stating that we will do a good job in this labor competition from the following aspects: 1、Strengthen the management of construction production plans to ensure construction progress. Develop a practical and feasible construction plan based on the goals and tasks set by Luoyang Engineering Company's 100 day campaign, break down the project quantity into monthly, weekly, and daily tasks, and allocate it to different professions and teams. Reasonably arrange the construction to achieve seamless connection between each link; Strengthen the coordination and scheduling of machinery and materials, and effectively ensure production support. 2、Strengthen construction quality management to ensure project quality. We must conscientiously implement the "three inspections and one evaluation" system, strengthen the quality supervision and inspection of the construction process, eliminate common quality problems such as "low, old, and bad", and strive to create "model" projects and "highlight" projects. 3、We must pay close attention to safety production and not neglect safety production work while focusing on progress and quality. Three aspects should be achieved around safety production: firstly, safety management personnel should be in place, and regular and specialized safety inspections should be organized according to different periods and construction characteristics. Regular safety production education should be provided to construction personnel to promptly identify and deal with various safety hazards; Secondly, safety protection facilities and materials should be in place and constantly inspected and updated to ensure safe use; Thirdly, safety measures should be in place, especially in lifting, high-altitude operations, and cross operations. Safety emergency plans should be developed based on actual situations, and regular drills should be organized to ensure that there is no slack and no safety issues occur during the 100 day labor competition. Mr. Xu stated that after 100 days of hard work, the construction tasks have been clearly defined and the goals have been set. Our company will work with full enthusiasm, face difficulties, and carry forward the iron army spirit of being particularly able to endure hardship and fight. Guo Yongbo, the project manager of Luoyang Engineering Company's hydrocracking project, stated in his speech that the Zhenhai hydrocracking project plays a very important role in the structural adjustment of the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Old Area and provides material for subsequent chemical projects, which is of great significance. In the residual oil hydrogenation project, we have weathered the storms and overcome difficulties, and have withstood severe tests. In the hydrocracking project, we continue to uphold the spirit of "one family, one heart, one goal, one strength", work together, endure hardships, tenacious struggle, unremitting efforts, and fight a beautiful battle. In the face of this major exam that was submitted six months ahead of schedule, we have no fear, confidence, and ability to win again and make new achievements.
