On February 20th, Wanhua Chemical Engineering Construction Management Center held the Wanhua Chemical 2020 Engineering Construction Summary and Commendation and 2021 Engineering Construction Mobilization Conference. Our company's General Manager Xu Ming, Deputy General Managers Yu Xiangquan and Wang Nan were invited to attend.
This conference is the annual grand event of Wanhua Chemical Engineering Construction, gathering all participating units and relevant departments to comprehensively summarize the work of the previous year and make overall deployment and mobilization for the next year's engineering construction. The conference first showcased the magnificent construction of the Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park Phase II project worth 50 billion yuan since 2016, as well as the arduous journey of countless builders who participated in the construction with "one family, one heart, one goal, and one determination" to overcome difficulties and overcome obstacles, bringing unparalleled shock and emotion to the attendees. Later, Jiao Mingpeng, Deputy Commander in Chief and Manager of Quality Management Department of Wanhua Industrial Park, read out the Decision on Commending exemplary organization and Individuals in Engineering Construction in 2020. Our company was awarded the exemplary organization of Engineering Construction and the exemplary organization of Anti epidemic, Zhang David and Cao Wenhan were rated as exemplary individual of Engineering Construction, Zhu Liangao's team was rated as Advanced Team, and five top welders and five welding experts were jointly commended. After the meeting, General Manager Xu Ming, Deputy General Managers Yu Xiangquan, and Wang Nan, accompanied by relevant leaders, visited the construction areas of PO/SM off-site prefabrication yard, PO/SM site, Nitrobenzene Phase III site, and old prefabrication yard respectively, and listened to detailed reports on the progress of construction in each area. Mr. Xu expressed satisfaction with the overall progress of the project, fully affirmed the achievements of the project department in recent work, and put forward specific requirements for the next step of work. Mr.Xu pointed out that the Nitrobenzene Phase III project and the PO/SM project are both key projects of Wanhua this year. The Nitrobenzene Phase III project was put into operation by CCCC in April and in June. The steel structure equipment for the PO/SM project has been fully developed, and the prefabrication of 800000 inch pipelines has just begun; The project department should strengthen the execution of the plan, decompose tasks into individuals, enhance team collaboration awareness and ability, and strictly complete monthly construction tasks in accordance with the requirements of the owner and the company; At the same time, we continuously improve our management level, strengthen our business awareness, conduct monthly cost analysis, work together to overcome difficulties, ensure the smooth progress of all work, strive to achieve established goals, and deliver a satisfactory answer to the owners and the company.
