Up to July 06, 2010, Shengyue Saudi Kayan Port Project achieved 549,057 safety man hours, and 100,500 DI pipe line/27 sets of equipment/154 hydro-test packages have been completed. The total progress of the Port Project is 99.03%. All the construction and hydro-test have been finished which includes package 5, 6, Berth 37 and the two pipe racks of package 7. Only the BNZ, HX and AT system hydro-test of old berth 36, 41,42 and 43 have been finished until now. Most of the remaining work centralizes at the joint between the new and existing pipe. There are 120 pieces of TIE-IN welding joints. TIE-IN welding joints and 4 steel platforms could only be worked when the berth is free. The unfinished mechanical work is gear pump motor solo-run and loading arm limit switch test. Recently, a lot of engineering change and drawings update greatly increase the construction load. There is 9 administrative employee, 25 workers and 2 foreign drivers at the Port Project.
