The North Huajin United Petrochemical Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Engineering Project has a 2 million tons/year aromatics complex. The plot where this device is located is roughly rectangular, with an area of 66550m2, a length of 275.00m from east to west, and a width of 242.00m from north to south.
Our company is responsible for the installation of 4 million tons/year continuous reforming and 800000 tons/year PSA units for the second section, including steel structure installation, underground pipeline installation (including steel valve wells in water supply and drainage pipelines), grounding network engineering, static equipment, equipment platform ladder installation, dynamic equipment, process pipelines, electrical, telecommunications, instrumentation and other installation projects, as well as electrical instrument commissioning, single machine trial operation, and cooperative start-up services. The main engineering quantities include 13000 tons of steel structure, 329 sets of dynamic and static equipment, 1505 sets of electrical and instrumentation equipment, 500000 inches of pipelines, 1072 pressure test kits, 873 kilometers of cables, and 2494 electrical and instrumentation circuits. The construction period is from June 18, 2024 to December 30, 2025.
