The Zhongtian Hechuang Ordos Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project is a new construction project, and the high salt water concentration and crystallization device (542) is one of the supporting public engineering facilities, which will be constructed simultaneously with the project.
Construction location: Tuke Town, Wushen Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The high salt water concentration and crystallization device is arranged in the western part of the factory area, separated from the western wall of the factory by the middle slag yard of the entire factory. The north side of the device is the power center, the south side is the wastewater reuse and treatment device, and the east side is the reserved land for the second fire pump station, adjacent to the coal transportation wharf and the 7 # main road of the entire plant.
The high salinity water treatment plant covers an area of about 175 meters from east to west and 120 meters from north to south. It is 34 meters away from the red line boundary of the power center on the north side, 30 meters away from the red line boundary of the middle slag yard on the west side, 44 meters away from the red line boundary of the wastewater treatment and reuse device on the south side, and about 160 meters away from the main road of the entire plant on the east side. The north and south sides of the plant are roads 6f # and 8 #, with a width of 7 meters. Along the south side of road 8 # is the entire plant pipe gallery, with a clear height of 5 meters. There are internal roads running north-south inside the plant to ensure vehicle traffic, which are smoothly connected to the plant roads. The workshop approach road has a width of 4 meters and a turning radius of 6-4 meters.
The main process flow of the high salt water concentration and crystallization device process package is "MBC concentration+crystallization drying", mainly including MBC concentration system, RO treatment system, crystallization drying system, as well as supporting systems such as temperature and pressure reduction, dosing, chemical cleaning, etc. In addition, to ensure the normal operation of the device, a circulating cooling water system is installed; The final produced crystalline waste salt needs to be packaged and transported outside, and a packaging and palletizing system should be set up.
