The conversion of Luoyang wax oil hydrogenation to medium pressure hydrocracking project is located within the original 2.2 million tons/year hydroprocessing and 40000 standard cubic meters/hour hydrogen production joint unit plan, mainly utilizing the original hydroprocessing land and partially utilizing the land of the hydrogen production unit for renovation. The unit started construction in September 2020 and was handed over on September 30, 2021.
