The 2.6 million tons/year fluidized bed residue hydrocracking unit of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical is the first fluidized bed residue hydrocracking unit in China to adopt the patented technology of French company Axens for fluidized bed residue hydrocracking. The project is located in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is EPC contracted by Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. and construction contracted by Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. We undertake all installation tasks for the steel structure, dynamic and static equipment, pipelines, and electrical instruments of the equipment. The main engineering quantities are: approximately 9968 tons of steel structure, approximately 160 static equipment, 3 industrial furnaces (including waste heat recovery), 7 compressors, 124 dynamic equipment, approximately 89 kilometers of pipelines, approximately 9399 valves, 6028.1 meters of ground pipes, 14000 cubic meters of ground pipe earthwork, 5 well chambers, approximately 156 kilometers of electrical cables, approximately 165 kilometers of instrument cables, and 9036 sets of instrument equipment.
