The 600000 ton/year countercurrent moving bed reforming unit renovation project of Jinan Refining and Chemical is one of the "Ten Dragon" scientific and technological research projects of Sinopec in 2011. It is a newly invested project by Jinan Branch to provide more high octane gasoline for upgrading oil quality, and is the world's first countercurrent continuous reforming unit. The total investment of the project is 566 million yuan, and our company undertakes all the construction tasks of the device. The net output value of the project construction is 112 million yuan.
The project started construction on August 6, 2012, and the equipment was delivered on July 27, 2013. On September 21, 2013, the reforming system was fed and qualified products were produced. On October 21, 2013, the regeneration system started working normally and the equipment was successfully started once. The completion and stable operation of this project signifies that Sinopec has fully independent intellectual property rights and has reached the world's advanced level of complete countercurrent continuous reforming process technology worldwide.
This project has set multiple records, including the shortest construction time, shortest start-up cycle, and highest start-up level for similar devices. Since its commissioning, the equipment has been running smoothly and the product quality is stable. The catalyst elution amount and energy consumption of the device are both lower than the design indicators. It has increased the efficiency of the enterprise by more than 20 million yuan per month and created good economic and social benefits for Jinan Refining and Chemical.
This project was rated as a high-quality project of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation in 2014.
