In 2016, China National Chemical Corporation Zhenghe Group Co., Ltd. conducted maintenance and technical renovation of DCC, gas separation, and refining units, located 10 kilometers west of Guangrao County, Dongying City. Our company undertook the construction, inspection, testing, single machine commissioning until intermediate handover, as well as commissioning and operation maintenance work, including maintenance and installation of DCC, gas separation, and refining units (excluding anti-corrosion insulation, civil engineering, pump maintenance, and electrical instruments).
DCC、 The maintenance and technical renovation of gas separation and refining units mainly include 4 sets of equipment in the reaction zone, 16 sets of tower equipment (including 2 replacements), 84 sets of heat exchangers, 64 sets of containers, 22 sets of air coolers, 1 main fan unit, 21 technical renovation projects, and 408 maintenance projects.
DCC、 The maintenance and technical renovation of the gas separation and refining units are located on the south side of the Zhenghe Group plant area, adjacent to the sulfur unit to the east and the hydrogenation unit to the west. The project started on July 1, 2016 and was handed over on July 31, 2016.
