The system supporting engineering of the catalytic cracking unit energy-saving and gas separation transformation project of Sinopec Guangzhou Branch includes energy-saving and consumption reduction transformation of the catalytic cracking unit, desulfurization (I) and gas separation (II) units, and corresponding adaptive transformation of the existing storage and transportation system. This mainly includes tank area renovation, process and thermal pipeline renovation, water supply and drainage pipeline renovation, 72 # substation expansion, and electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunications engineering renovation.
The construction scope includes civil engineering, steel structure installation engineering, equipment installation engineering, pipeline installation engineering, electrical installation engineering, instrument installation engineering, as well as corresponding demolition engineering, anti-corrosion, insulation and other contents within the scope of renovation. The construction front of the system supporting renovation is long, and the operation area is almost spread throughout the entire factory area. The construction operation front is long, with multiple points and a wide range of areas. The difficulty of construction organization and the large amount of preparation and prefabrication work in the early stage are the prominent characteristics of the system pipeline engineering construction.
