The light gasoline unit of the 1 million tons/year catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit newly built by Shandong Huaxing Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. was designed by Dalian Chemical Design Institute, supervised by Shandong Jinkeyi Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd., and constructed by Shandong Shengyue Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.
The device is arranged in a north-south direction, divided into three areas in an east-west direction. The west side is the reaction and furnace area, the frame area, and the tower area from north to south, the middle is the device pipe gallery and pump area, and the east side is the compressor area. The device is 70 meters long from north to south and 50 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of approximately 3500 square meters. The north side of the device is adjacent to the air compression station, the west side is the cooling water tower, the south side is the tank area, and the east side is the hydrogenation device.
The construction scope includes all installation works except for civil engineering and heating furnaces, including steel structures, process pipelines, water supply and drainage and fire protection, dynamic and static equipment, electrical, instrumentation, anti-corrosion, insulation, fire protection layer, and non-destructive testing. The main physical quantities of the project are: approximately 360 tons of steel structure, approximately 6 kilometers/30000 inches of process pipelines, approximately 1 kilometer/3000 inches of underground pipelines, 14 pumps, 3 reciprocating compressors, 6 air coolers, 2 sets of air coolers, 2 towers, 2 reactors, 14 containers, 18 heat exchangers, approximately 2 kilometers of electrical cables, approximately 300 sets/sets of electrical equipment, approximately 3.5 kilometers of instrument cables, approximately 500 sets/sets of instrument equipment, approximately 60000 square meters of anti-corrosion, approximately 120 cubic meters of insulation, and approximately 40 cubic meters of fire protection layer.
The construction period of the device is from February 2011 to June 2011.
