The material of the heating furnace tube is TP321H, which needs to be imported from abroad. There are many alloy materials in the device, and the wall of the hydrogen pipeline is very thick. The welding technology requirements are high, which is the key and difficult point of construction and one of the key constraints on the project. There are many types of pipeline engineering, with a large workload, complex materials, and high pressure. Therefore, a high level of cleanliness is required inside the pipeline, and a reasonable welding process must be adopted to ensure good forming quality inside the weld joint. The device layout is very compact, with a large number of equipment installed on the framework, inevitably resulting in cross disciplinary work such as steel structure installation, equipment installation, pipeline installation, etc., which puts high demands on the on-site construction organization and coordination work. This device has a high level of self-control, strict requirements for production continuity, and high technical requirements for debugging and testing.
