  The acrylonitrile plant of Qilu Branch Acrylic Fiber Factory is located in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. It is 2.5 kilometers north of Zhangdian, about 1 kilometer south of Nanding Thermal Power Plant, and about 1.5 kilometers away from Shandong Aluminum Plant. To the east is Fengshui Coalfield. This technical transformation will retain the original reaction unit and build a new reaction unit. The acrylonitrile refining unit, acetonitrile refining unit, and four effect unit will be technically transformed according to the scale of 80000 tons/year acrylonitrile. After multiple transformations, the production capacity of the thiamine unit has reached 7000-8000 tons/year, which can meet the supporting requirements after the technical transformation. After this renovation, the scale of the acrylonitrile plant has been expanded from 40000 tons/year to 80000 tons/year, with an annual operating time of 8000 hours and continuous production.
  Based on the current situation of the site and production requirements, fully utilize the site conditions, save investment, and dismantle the four effect evaporation unit of the original acrylonitrile unit and move it to the original hydroxyacetonitrile unit on the north side of the acetonitrile refining unit (which has been abandoned and dismantled); Arrange the newly added reaction unit at the position of the original four effect evaporation unit; The main framework of the acrylonitrile refining unit and acetonitrile refining unit remains unchanged, and some equipment needs to be added and modified; The newly added air compressor shed is located on the north side of the air compressor room and refrigeration room of the acrylonitrile plant; Build a two-story pipe gallery with a width of 3 meters and a length of 60 meters between the refrigeration room and the newly constructed reaction unit, connecting the reaction unit, refining unit, and the newly constructed four effect unit; The newly added circulating water cooling tower is located on the north side of the original acrylonitrile unit's circulating water system. Due to site limitations, the original three cooling towers need to be dismantled. The renovation of the control and distribution system is located in the control and distribution room of the original acrylonitrile plant. No new control and distribution room will be built in this renovation, and other systems will be reused.
  This device adopts the fluidized bed reaction process route of SANC-05 catalyst to produce acrylonitrile. Under the action of a catalyst, the raw materials propylene, ammonia, and air undergo propylene ammoxidation reaction, producing acrylonitrile and releasing a large amount of reaction heat. The gas at the outlet of the reactor is subjected to extreme cooling, cooling, and removal of impurities that may have adverse effects on product recovery. Finally, acrylonitrile and organic by-products are absorbed from the gas using low-temperature water and sent to the refining system. Through distillation extraction, acrylonitrile, hydrogen cyanide, and acetonitrile are separated, and high-purity crude acetonitrile is obtained through an acetonitrile tower. The crude acrylonitrile is separated into water and high-purity hydrogen cyanide through a dehydrogenation tower, and finally purified acrylonitrile products are obtained through a finished product tower.
