The heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Fujian Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. was designed by China Petroleum Engineering Construction Corporation and put into operation in 1992. After 6 technological transformations in the past 15 years, the current processing capacity of the unit is 1.5-1.6 million tons/year. According to the overall processing flow arrangement of the Fulian Refining and Ethylene Project, the processing capacity of the catalytic cracking unit in this renovation is 1.905 million tons per year, and the tail oil is processed by hydroprocessing at over 360 ℃. After hydroprocessing, the sulfur content is about 0.0861wt%. The nominal scale of the device design is 1.9 million tons per year, with an annual processing time of 8400 hours. It still consists of a reaction regeneration section, a fractionation section, a rich gas compression and absorption stabilization section, a flue gas energy recovery and waste heat boiler section. After the transformation of the equipment, gasoline production will be the main focus, with main products including gasoline, diesel, liquefied gas (rich in propylene), etc. The by-products of dry gas and oil pumps will be integrated into the fuel system of the entire plant.
This renovation is designed by China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Company, supervised by Jingmen Sifang Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., and our company undertakes the construction task.
