The Dazhou Fertilizer Project of Sinopec Qilu Branch includes a 300000 ton/year synthetic ammonia plant and a 400000 ton/year urea plant. The EPC general contractor is Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, and the supervision unit is Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Company. Main project content: overall relocation/installation of the large-scale synthetic ammonia and urea unit of the second fertilizer plant of Qilu Petrochemical Company, including the installation of all equipment/machinery within 30 units, prefabrication/installation of steel structures/process pipelines, installation/commissioning of electrical and instrumentation, HVAC, chemical cleaning, anti-corrosion, insulation, etc., excluding non-destructive testing and furnace lining; Among them, there are 19 units within the scope of the synthetic ammonia and urea plant, 8 units in the public works, and 3 units in the auxiliary works. The new device adopts the improved C (urea unit) technology from the American company Logue (synthesis unit) and the Japanese company Toyo. The construction period is from May 2007 to May 2008.
