Atmospheric and vacuum distillation renovation of Shengli Oilfield Petrochemical Complex

The deep pressure conversion renovation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Shengli Oilfield Petrochemical Complex was designed by China Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. Dalian Branch. Our company is responsible for civil engineering and other installation and renovation construction, as well as corresponding dismantling, anti-corrosion, insulation, furnace construction, lining and other contents.
The deep pressure conversion transformation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is aimed at fully utilizing the pure beam Shengli mixed crude oil resources provided by Shengli Oilfield to produce products such as kerosene, diesel, catalytic raw materials, etc., increasing the processing capacity of the original unit from 1.5 million tons/year to 2 million tons/year. The main contents of the transformation include:
(1) New primary distillation system: Add one primary distillation tower (located at the reflux tank at the top of the current atmospheric tower, renovated from an old and idle secondary flash distillation tower), six pumps, one cold exchange equipment, two air coolers, and one container;
(2) Heat exchange system renovation: Replace 15 cold exchange equipment, add 3 new cold exchange equipment, replace 9 tube bundles, and add 1 air cooler;
(3) Electric desalination system renovation: Replace 2 electric desalination tanks (in-situ replacement, size increase);
(4) Pressure reduction system renovation: Replace the pressure reduction tower and furnace, build a new one on the west side of the original tower and furnace (moved 7.5m), and extend the corresponding main pipe gallery, frame-1, and furnace front pipe gallery to the west;
(5) New pressure reducing heat medium water system: using the flue gas at the rear of the convection section of the pressure reducing furnace to heat the heat medium water and the crude oil entering the crude oil tank area. Located outside the device (northwest side, across the road), 2 new pumps and 2 heat exchangers have been added.
