The 3 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit renovation project of Qingdao Petrochemical's high acid crude oil processing adaptability renovation project is designed and contracted by Haiyong Yingpai Engineering Co., Ltd., and supervised by the Qingdao Petrochemical Supervision Department of Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Renovation content: Add a pressure reducing furnace and supporting air preheating and recovery system to the heating furnace area, increase the height of the original atmospheric furnace radiation section, and replace all furnace tubes and radiation chamber linings. Dismantling of the original distillation tower and atmospheric distillation tower, transformation of the original vacuum tower into a flash tower, addition of one atmospheric tower, one vacuum tower, and one atmospheric distillation tower; 37 new heat exchangers, 2 air coolers, 5 tanks, 33 pumps, 1 blower motor, 1 induced draft fan, and 2 screw compressors have been added; Pipeline installation engineering includes process pipeline installation, water supply and drainage pipeline installation; The steel structure part, electrical instrument installation engineering, anti-corrosion insulation, lining, fire prevention and other engineering in construction projects.
