The 4.1 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation refining unit and the 600000 tons/year kerosene hydrogenation refining unit of Qingdao Refinery are arranged in an area of 75 meters from east to west and 210 meters from north to south. The hydrogenation treatment unit is located on the east side of the unit, and the continuous reforming unit is located on the west side. This device belongs to Class A production equipment, and the main fire hazard media are Class A combustible gas (H2) and Class B combustible liquid, as well as equipment, pipelines, etc. for high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen contact, flammable and explosive media.
The diesel hydrogenation project includes 2383m2 of buildings, 4605m3 of structures, 2613 tons of steel structures, 136 sets of dynamic and static equipment, 3 heating furnaces, 17534m of process pipelines, 2698m of underground water supply and drainage, 6373 sets/pieces of electrical equipment, 200km of electrical cables, 1643 sets/pieces of instrument equipment, 121.5km of instrument cables, 5000m3 of fire protection layer, 8946m2 of anti-corrosion pipelines, 2613 tons of anti-corrosion equipment, 2149m3 of insulation, and 296360kg of furnace lining. The kerosene hydrogenation project includes 920m3 of structures, 47 sets of dynamic and static equipment, 120 tons of heating furnaces, 6950m of process pipelines, 568 sets/pieces of electrical equipment, 23.2km of electrical cables. 2 tons of electrical cable trays, 433 sets/pieces of instrument equipment, 23.2km of instrument cables, 15m3 of equipment fire protection layer, 1162.5m2 of anti-corrosion pipelines, 636 tons of anti-corrosion equipment, 285m3 of insulation, and 37550kg of furnace lining. Our company is responsible for all civil engineering and installation projects. The construction period is from July 2006 to December 2007.
