The 800000 ton/year catalytic cracking unit renovation and maintenance project of Jinan Refinery was designed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company and Jinan Refining Engineering Company of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation, and constructed by Shandong Shengyue Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. The construction of the 800000 ton catalytic cracking unit is divided into three project names, namely the technical measures project for solving catalyst loss in 1 # catalytic cracking, the D-101 update of the first catalytic workshop, and the maintenance of the 800000 ton/year catalytic cracking unit. The main engineering quantities include the replacement of six sets of first and second stage cyclone separators in the regenerator, the replacement of the cold catalyst tank, the replacement of two expansion joints in the vertical section of the regenerator to the third cyclone flue, and routine maintenance of the heat exchanger core extraction and cleaning. The commencement date of the maintenance project is April 1, 2009, and the planned completion date is April 18, 2009, with a total calendar period of 18 days.
