The coking furnace (R-201) of the Anqing delayed coking capacity expansion and renovation project is to be dismantled and newly built in its original location. After the shutdown, the original furnace needs to be dismantled, and the pile foundation and foundation need to be rebuilt. A new furnace frame needs to be built, and labor protection, furnace tubes, chimneys, lining, electrical, and instrumentation need to be installed. The main workload includes the dismantling of old furnaces and their waste heat recovery systems, labor protection, and all pipelines, as well as the construction of 12 new furnace frame column foundations, 9 air duct foundations, and 12 steel ladder and support foundations. The dismantling of the furnace and the construction of the civil foundation require a minimum of 20 days, and traditional construction methods cannot meet the needs of the 40 day shutdown and renovation period. The construction site is narrow, and one furnace on each side of the old furnace (R-201) needs to be repaired simultaneously when the gas is stopped, which requires a large amount of maintenance work. If a crane is used for overall assembly, pole connection, crane positioning, etc., it will occupy a lot of space. In order to save the construction site, shorten the construction period, and refer to our company's 900 ton steel structure overall translation construction method, we plan to use the vertical overall translation method for the installation of the new furnace.
The coking heating furnace (Heart-201) is a newly built vertical horizontal tube square heating furnace, mainly consisting of three parts: furnace body, labor protection, and flue gas waste heat recovery system (considering the structural correlation and construction needs of these parts, they are arranged and constructed as a whole). The metal weight of the furnace body is about 262.8 tons (including furnace tube weight of about 111.9 tons), and the non-metal weight is about 70.5 tons; Labor protection weighs about 27.4 tons; The metal weight of the flue gas waste heat recovery system is about 79.7 tons (including a chimney weight of about 31 tons), and the non-metal weight is about 23.5 tons. The geometric dimensions of the furnace body are 14750 * 6265 * 20385mm, and the chimney top elevation is 50000mm. The overall weight of the furnace reaches 450 tons when it is moved.
