Datang International Coal to Gas Project in Keshiketeng Banner, Inner Mongolia

  The Inner Mongolia Datang International Coal to Gas Project uses the abundant brown coal reserves in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia as its resource, and adopts technologies such as crushed coal pressure gasification, low-temperature methanol washing purification, and methane synthesis to produce 4 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually. It supplies coal to natural gas to Beijing through long-distance pipelines to alleviate the shortage of natural gas in Beijing.
  The project is located in the northwest of Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, with the water source provided by the under construction Dashimen Hydropower Station. The natural gas long-distance pipeline passes through Chifeng, Ximeng, Inner Mongolia, Chengde, Hebei to Miyun, Beijing, with a total length of 359 kilometers. Annual production of 4 billion cubic meters, with a total investment of approximately 25.7 billion yuan for the project.
  Our company has undertaken the construction of the first phase gasification unit and the coal gas water separation unit II series project, and the project is scheduled to be put into operation in the first phase of the chemical industry in 2011.
  Gasification device
  1. This project is divided into three phases of construction. The first phase of gasification equipment is generally divided into two series (this project is the second series), each series has a main plant building running north-south. Within a single series, 8 sets of gasifiers and related ancillary systems are arranged separately. The production capacity of a single gasifier is 35000 to 40000 Nm3/h. The external dimensions of the main equipment of the gasifier are approximately Φ 4000 × 13000mm, and the net weight of a single device is 132150kg
  2. Layout: The main structure of a single gasifier plant is mainly made of concrete frame structure, supplemented by steel structure, and the plant is enclosed with color steel plates. The main body of the factory building is divided into nine floors, including the top coal bunker and coal feeding belt system. The height of the main factory building is about 56m, and the frame size of the main factory building is 31400mm × 99230mm.
  3. The main factory building is arranged from top to bottom with coal bunkers, coal lock feeding troughs, coal locks, gasifiers, ash lock washing coolers, waste heat boilers, and all ancillary equipment for a single furnace; The pipeline, valve system, electrical and instrumentation system connected to the equipment.
  4. Gas holder and coal lock gas compressor system
  This project corresponds to two series of gasifiers, each series is equipped with an atmospheric pressure coal lock gas holder (5000m3), installed outdoors; Each series corresponds to a set of piston type coal lock gas compressors (6M50-490/40) with a volumetric flow rate of 16820m3/h. The external dimensions of a single system are 10000 × 9000 × 3400mm, installed in the compressor plant. At the same time, there is a backup coal lock gas compressor in the dual series. Three sets of compressor systems are arranged in the compression plant, with a two-story structure and equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 50t
  Gas water separation device
  The first phase of this device consists of two series, with a single series processing capacity of 600t/h. The equipment is installed outdoors, and the device structure is a concrete skeleton with a steel frame structure. The main equipment includes gas water separator, expander, oil separator, gas water storage tank, heat exchanger, pump, etc. The main static equipment is atmospheric pressure equipment, which requires on-site production and installation. A total of 44 non-standard equipment were produced and installed, with a total weight of 2600 tons.
  Phenol ammonia recovery system
  The equipment of this device is installed outdoors, and the structure of the device is in the form of a concrete skeleton with a steel frame. The main equipment includes deacidification tower, phenol tower, water tower, ammonia washing tower, tank type equipment, heat exchangers, pumps, etc. The tank type equipment is all atmospheric pressure equipment and requires on-site production.
